A Mosaic Monday post.
Joining Mary at the Little Red House.
Also Joining the recuperating Smiling Sally
for Blue Monday. Praising God for sparing
Sally's life after a long, hard time in ICU
after major surgical complications.
Last week Chelsea, Jonathan and I spent a
couple of delightful hours at Longwood Gardens.
I am hoarding the photos to break into several
posts. I used to just post all of them at once but
I think it is so easy to overlook the beauty when it is
all running together.
So....you'll have to put up with separate posts....lol.
Today I am featuring the sunflowers.
They were stunning!!
There....lots of smiles for you today!
Thanks for visiting.
Come back soon!!!

A sunflower grew in our yard last year, a stray seed from our bird feeder that fell on fertile grounds.
There's a reason these are my moms favorite flower, how cheerful they look and what a bright reminder they are of God's love for us.
sunflowers ** lizzie's favorite :o)

I think I just commented on another blog that a big bouquet of sunflowers is like summer in a vase. Beautiful photos!
