If I were a flower....

I might wish to be a
Morning Glory.

Silly thought.

But...you know they are...
beautiful,
strong,
always reaching out,
and forever
depending on something
other than themselves to
to stand upright.

I'm clinging to my
Heavenly Father
in order to stand upright.
He is sufficient!!!

Yep, I'm thinking,
Morning Glory!

If you care to play this
silly game with me,
what kind of flower
would you be?
Why?

Good analogy, Becky! I like your pictures of the morning glory too.

Wow. I love the thought you put into it. And based upon those thoughts, I'd go with morning glory, too. If I don't think about it one little bit, which is my general approach to life, I'd just go with my old stand-by favorite...a yellow rose. One with lots of shades and variations. Oh boy. Good thing that I wasn't thinking about it. :D

I don't know what is in that diffuser, but it seems to work that way every time we use it. Sounds kind of OZ-like, doesn't it?

What a beautiful thought! We've both been thinking "Morning Glory" these past couple of days as Vee of A Haven for Vee just brought to my attention!

I think I'd like to be a Sunflower; standing tall for Him, soaking up the Son, bright in His glory and bearing much seed!

Have a "glorious" day!

The first thing that came to me when I read your question was a buttercup. I'm not sure why.
