Update and Some Information...

I just wanted to let you
know how my Grandma is doing.

I spoke with her in the early
evening yesterday. She sounded
so much better.

The doctors have taken a litre
of fluid from one lung and will
do the same procedure on the
other lung today.

Thanks for your continued prayer.
I don't know what all of this
means for her...
but it is soooo good to hear
the strength coming back in her
voice...although, I know I tired her
in just that little conversation.

Also, tomorrow (Saturday) on Fox News Channel,
Michael Farris, constitutional lawyer
and one of the founders of the Homeschool
Legal Defense League, will be on Huckabee.
That is at 8:00 pm Eastern.

He will be talking about the Parental Rights
Amendent that is in process right now.

Dr. Farris was a speaker for our Homeschool
Graduation a couple of years ago. We were pleased
to meet him and hope and pray that his time on
Huckabee is profitable.

Parental Rights are more important that we often
think about. There are many who think they know
better than we about how our children should be
raised. 'Nuff said, there...

Blessings on your Easter Weekend!

Yay for your grandmother's returning strength! Thanks for the update.

It's scary to learn all the rights that are being taken away. Parental rights is one near and dear to my heart. I don't think that "the state" knows more about our children or what's better for them than we do. It's a huge issue.

Becky, I'm keeping your sweet grandmother in prayer. <><

I'm making a written note about Huckabee's program featuring Farris for tomorrow at 5pm pacific time. Hopefully there's a way to watch it online. Keeping this issue in fervent prayer...

Blessings,

I'm glad to hear that your grandma is feeling better. It is so hard to see a loved one feeling so poorly. I was very close to my grandma and after almost 11 year without her, I still miss her a lot and think about her often.
