My guess is ....

They have left a "puddle" behind. (This is after dealing with a bunch of kindergarteners who thought it would be funny to pee outside in the cold yesterday!)

Trying to think of something funny.....
Yesterday, my 15 year old daughter sent me a text message (I teach at the same high school she attends)...that said...."Hey mom, I just posted a comment on your blog under the name "Lonnie"! heehee!"

Why.....I don't know. Teenagers! They're so funny!
Oh the best part.....it was a kooky pick-up line on a serious post.
Wacky kid!
Don't try to find it....I deleted it!

Hmmmm, I think the middle one is the little troublemaker. He probably took his nose and threw it down off the mantle for the cat to chase, but instead, he startled the wits out of of it. When the cat jumped up with its legs sticking out all directions and its eyes boinging out, it bumped the Christmas tree and knocked it over.

Poor Chelsea has to decorate it all over again, and they're just sitting there with their mischievious little smiles. Look at 'em. I think they're first cousins to Dennis the Menace.

They are adorable, though. Snowmen are my favorite winter decorations. Hey! Maybe I should start collecting snowman ornaments and it might be more fun to decorate the tree. Thanks for the smile today, Becky. I've got my fingers crossed--the candle sounds delightful. :)

Okay, well Carol's made me laugh out loud so I can't beat that!!! I love your candles Becky! And I didn't know your husband worked at Sight and Sound! That's pretty neat! We took my friend's whole family there last summer (5 kids!) when they were in town visiting from Ohio. They had heard from another friend in Ohio how good the theater was! That's incredible to me! Have a great day!

Three thought bubbles. Snowman #1...man in the middle looks a little different today. Snowman #3...man in the middle forgot to get dressed today. Snowman in the middle...I wonder why they didn't get the nudist day memo!

Becky,
Ok, so, I don't know what they have been up to "previously", but I think what they are up to *NOW* is, looking around at all the passers-by. They are on the look out for a *NEW NOSE*. A nose that can be easily snatched off of the face of a someone else and quickly attatched quickly to the snowman in the middle. Can't you see him begging and his hopeful smile as he is scopeing out the room in hopes of finding his *NEW NOSE*. That is his Christmas wish, a *NEW NOSE*.

Love & Prayers,
Ronda

Hi Becky,

Thanks for stopping by for a visit and for the invite to visit your pretty blog!

Hmmm, well, the one in the middle does look quiet angelic with such a soft smile, eyes lifted heavenward, and hands clap in prayer like form, and with such wings BUT I think he looks a little too innocent. I think he has been picking at his nose!

Have a great day!

I'm just sure that they are about to start a huge snowball fight. I think the middle one already has one made and is getting ready to wind up to throw.

Are you sure those aren't your three mischievous children hidden under all that snow?

Thanks for your sweet comment!

After spending their days up on the mantle, these three curious snowmen have been wondering about the big world outside. When everyone was asleep last night, they flew to the window (because, unlike other snowmen, they have wings!). As they pressed their noses against the window, one of them snapped right off and fell behind the sofa. The owner of said nose, took his scarf off to dangle behind the sofa and snag the nose, but alas, the scarf got caught on something and had to be left behind. The poor little guy has been shivering and worrying all day. But what's this? Mom's going to move the sofa to vacuum. Oh joy!

OH, Becky, I cannot top your entries, those are too funny. I have already laughed out loud.

Clearly the middle one had to abruptly remove his nose due to the gaseous emission from the first snowman just seconds prior to the photo shoot. You can tell because #1 looks a little ill holding his tummy and the middle one is trying hard to force his biggest and most innocent smile while hiding his nose. #3 is oblivious to what just happened. It makes perfect sense to me.

Happy day,
melissa

Hello Becky!

Oh how happy are the three, as the three of them shouted with glee!! After sitting on the mantel for many Christmas pass, Grandma and Grandpa Mac Bee finally learns the real meaning of Christmas you see! Little Joy shouted "do you think she will give my nose back, for on last Christmas she pulled it off and threw it in a sack" We must rush and tell Father Snowman for he will be happy to know our work here is finished and now it is time to go!!

I love snowmen and Becky these are so sweet! Thank you for allowing me to part of your sweet giveaway!

Smiles...

These angelic looking snowmen have been up to considerable mischief. First thing in the morning, they had a snowball fight and the snowman in the middle lost his nose as it was hit by a snowball and it promptly landed in the path of a horse-drawn sleigh, and the horse quickly proceeded to chomp it down. Then they raided their mother's kitchen eating the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies, and finally, they chased used the middle snowman's scarf as a leash for the dog, but when the dog spotted a cat, they couldn't hold onto him and he took off after the cat, the middle snowman's scarf trailing in the wind.

These snowmen have caused more problems than you could possibly know!! They are FAR from angels. The potter who made these snowmen had more problems with them than he knew what to do with! He finally slapped a some wings on these three in hope that someone would purchase these trouble makers and get them off his hands. (It is a long story as to how the potter had some extra angel wings - and I will not bore you with THAT story!)

Well, Becky thought they were just adorable and purchased the three of them - at a fantastic price, might I add! She has yet to realize all that has happened since setting them on her mantel. (She also has yet to realize just how happy she made the potter by getting them off his hands!)

Becky, have you lost some items lately - look no further than to these three! These are the snowmen that hide your children's gloves and hats and mittens. They watch with glee as you, in frustration, tell your kids that their missing items are "where they left them" They know better!!

Well, last night - they were running about the house making mischief - they were trying to hide your keys, Becky!! They thought what fun it would be to see you frantically trying to find them this morning. Two of the snowmen hoisted up the middle man into your purse. Slip - in he went. Down and down and down he fell -- he was wondering if it was the bottomless pit!! - Finally he reached the bottom and began climbing and trying to find the keys - he was in that purse for quite a while; but alas no keys!! He then heard the other two in frantic whispers telling him that SOMEONE was coming!

What was he to do??!! Quite haphazzardly, he used your billfold and listick to climb to the top. He then used the tissues, scattered throughout your purse, to tie together a rope. He slid down the rope and the three of them made a dash back to the mantel before your husband came in this morning.

Imagine the middle snowman's suprise to look down and see that his scarf was missing!! (He had known something was wrong - as he was colder than normal!) One of his friends commented on his missing nose. "How could this have happened?" they cried, fearing as they did that their bandit days were coming to a close. Then the snowman on the right noticed the wings that the potter had given them and told the middle man, "Cover up - buddy, and say your prayers! If they find out what has happened we will leave you in that purse to rot and die!"

Just as they all were putting on their best ever smiles - your husband walked in.

Just so you know, you better watch these three - they are trouble!!

Merry Christmas,
~Martie

Those are all very creative and I am not feeling any original creativity, however, I think that the middle one has had a run in with Kimmie the dog! You KNOW how Kimmie is with certain people (namely me) she simply must try to take a wee bite....This poor snowman MUST be on Kimmie's list!

Their names are, left to right, Cheri, Alexa, and Mardine. They have rushed right up to the holy gates to see if St. Peter knows when Christmas is coming this year. St. Peter seems quite gruff today because he thinks everyone will know what day Christmas falls on.. After all, don't we all celebrate the same day every year? They are begging him to check and see because they are my little angels, you see... They watch over me and help me every day as I get ready for school, forget my cell phone in the snow beside my car, lose my cell phone under the car seat and look for hours in five different places, leave my eye drops under my desk, drop the clicker for the remote under the recliner where it can never be seen from anywhere... Most of all, they are trying to help me find all the little gifts I've squirreled away this fall... and they know it is a scary thought that Christmas Eve is only two weeks away... They think if St. Peter will just let me have another month I'll get it together... That's why they're angels... they trust people like me, and that proves they are angels... But the truth is, I'll never get it together and this year I suspect I did actually get it together, but I'll never EVER find it in time... So Cheri, Mardine, and Alexa... thanks for the good ole Hallelujah try....... You are good girls! Have a fun day...
