Put it In Overdrive 'Cause It's About to Get Crazy!

We are now at less than a week until
Chelsea's year end evaluation
and then graduation.
Three days later she, the moms
and Michael leave to meet their ship.

In many ways I feel like it is a dream.
Its not really happening.
Like the fact that the "new" car
in the driveway is intended for Chelsea
when she begins driving
in July.

Not really happening...
but it is.

Like knowing that on Thursday evening
we will walk across the stage and
hand her a diploma.
Really?

The sanity comes back to me when I
remember that she is still our student for
another couple of years as she focuses on
her art, writing and music.

She is not done.

It's just a next step.

Just looking at her new book
from Shutterfly brings back memories
just from the past year or so.
So many.

God is bringing healing to her body
and purpose in her life.
Please continue to pray that as things
get busy around here that Chelsea will
remember to eat and take care of herself.
That she will want to do so.
That is very hard....still.

Her blood pressure was better at her
last appointment but there is still work to
do on it and her weight.
More eating.
Man!  That seems like such a great
problem to have....
unless it is you
and eating is the enemy.

Anorexia.
Blechhhhh.

But God is greater.
Life is good.

Chelsea continues to have a
sweet spirit and a desire to
get better.

We have a lot to look forward to.
So, buckle up.

Put it in overdrive
and we will go into the
next weeks together.

Graduation!!! I'm excited. Emily is excited too!! She can't wait. I missed seeing you at the practice.
Joking with her dad this morning, Emily said, "I'll soon be moving out of the house." Oh...boy...I'm not ready to hear that yet, not even in jest.
I need tips on putting together the packet for the PG program. Help...

Oh what an exciting time! I can't wait to see all of the pictures! My TWIN Niece and Nephew are graduating from High School a week from today! I am working on a picture board for their party and I have to say that walk back in time thru the pictures has been bittersweet!

Enjoy your weekend dear Becky! HUGS!

The photo book looks very nice. My sister-in-law sent me a coupon code for a free 8x8 photo book. The coupon expires in mid June. I will be photographing my cousin's new baby soon. I think the photo book, with copies of the photographs that I take, will be the perfect present for the new parents.

It must be so weird to be graduating your last child. I am no way near ready for that. I'm glad I still have a long way to go.

Chelsea is so pretty! That book looks great!

The picture book looks really nice. You've got some beautiful shots of her.

I'm so glad to hear good updates on Chelsea's health. Every one of them is an answer to prayer, I know, and I'm so happy to rejoice with you.
