Today is Jonathan's last evaluation.
You see, when you homeschool in Pennsylvania
the end of each year is filled with pulling
together samples from the school year,
putting them into a portfolio, and visiting
an authorized teacher for review of the year.
Since this was considered a bonus year for
Jonathan, his requirements were much less
than for Michael or Chelsea. He has
completed more than the work necessary for
his graduation and is ready
for his review.
We will leave in just over an hour....

but in the meantime I will post the photos he
took at Longwood Gardens on Monday.
It was so much fun watching him work
to get these pictures.
Mom has a picture of him on the ground
intently focusing in on something.
Funny.

It was new for him to ask for

the camera...
It would have been fun to watch
Jonathan get these photos.
They are from the
children's garden.

Have a great day!
And thank you for all of the sweet comments
you left yesterday.
I just have to say that one of the things that
really upset me about
what I read from the "big boys" was that I should
turn off comments.
Apparently dealing with comments just takes
time away from making money
with a blog.
I think I nearly hyperventilated at that point.
A blog without comments is, to me, like
an athlete without water.
The relationships with you are
so very important.
Nope!
I couldn't cut off comments.
Just couldn't do it!
So, anyway...
thanks again!

I was thinking about Jonathan fitting into the Children's Garden when I saw the staircase! It is narrow and goes down into a low ceiling grotto! I love the one of the baby bird fountain!
Congratulations Jonathan! Onward and Upward!
He really notices the details and captures them in his photos! They're great!
I remember the Children's Garden and, yes, it would have been funny seeing someone as tall as Jonathan in that garden. He took nice photographs!
Hello Dear Becky!
What lovely photos Jonathan has captured here. The hydrangeas are stunning, the colors so beautiful.
You and your family enjoy a most beautiful weekend.
Smiles...
Beverly
