From these pictures I have cropped and
enlarged individual teapots.
Some crispness was lost in the
process but I think it is worth
it to be able to see them better.

Winterthur is located near
Wilmington Delaware
and is a real treat if you love
Early American Antiques.

It has an on-site program that
teaches restoration of antique
furniture.

Maybe this will put you in the mood for
a nice soothing cup of tea.
It has gotten much cooler here in Pennsylvania.
Maybe I'll enjoy a cup before the school day
begins...Now should I go for invigorating
or soothing? Hmmm...
Edited to Add: When I opened the cupboard to choose my tea what did I spy but Mocha Cappuccino looking at me. It was not tea, but oh, was it good. Served up in a yard sale find of a mug. Very pretty, indeed.

I love the teapots and have two myself, but I'd rather have a cup of coffee.
Winterthur...oh, I've not been back there in years! All those tea pots are gorgeous...tea time heaven! I just love tea...so I love all these pots collected. And thank you for the gift of that sunset in your previous post--beautiful! Happy week, Becky :o) ((HUGS))

Visited Winterthur several years ago. They do have a beautiful collection of teapots. And, yes, your lovely photos are putting me in the mood for a lovely spot of tea on these cool and breezy fall morning.
The teapots are lovely! Thanks for sharing them. We have not visited Winterthur. Sounds like a great date day to me.
We have been drinking our evening tea again as we sit all cozy in the living room, knitting or whatever.
Such a lovely ritual!
I've only been to Winterthur once a few years ago. I don't remember seeing the teapots. I was excited about seeing the gardens. Thanks for sharing.
Congrats Becky!
