Yes, we sure did get a lot of rain today! But I think it was needed rain! What is making me happy today is the fact that both of my grandchildren passed!!!Yea! Close call for both, but they did it! They had a half day of school today, so I took two happy children out to lunch to celebrate!
It rained ALL day here on Friday, but it is needed -- and there are 4 tiny tomatoes on my tomato plants, very exciting. :-) Love the picture you posted -- I too am always delighted to see the perennials come back for another spring or summer visit; they amaze me with their tenacity.
My poppies are just about pooped, after all the heavy rain, but the old roses are just bursting and the bleeding hearts are still going strong.
Good luck painting plastic chairs. Are you using the spray paint that says it's meant for plastic? Let me know how it turns out -- I've still got spray painting to do today; I'd like to get it all finished by this evening, but not sure that's going to work. thanks for stopping by! Cass
Cass, I am using the specific paint for plastic. I am a bit unsure now, though. I used some on another project and it did not take. I just discovered that a little bit ago and am tempted to take this red paint back to Walmart. Any hints?

What a difference some rain makes.

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend.
Blessings,

I love pics of plants in the rain. While I would prefer it didn't rain, it makes everything look so much more beautiful.

Even in the rain, the gardens are beautiful. Hope you are enjoying your weekend.

I am happy for cooler temps today...it's overcast with a bit of rain but I don't mind.
Love the cute kitties in your previous post!
Hugs,
Robin
