The Only Problem with Planting Flowers....

Is that they go in the dirt...
way down on the ground!!!

Grunt!  Getting down.
Oops!  The flowers are over there.
Grunt!  Getting up.
Grabbing the flowers.
Creaking knees!  Getting back down.
Drats!  I left the trowel over where the
flowers used to be.
Arrrggghhhh!

Good thing they are pretty!

These photos are not what I am planting.
These are in my MIL Georgia's
flower bed next door.

(You didn't think I was getting
up again to get the camera
did you?)
I am planting bunches of hot pink impatiens
and
several bright orange begonias.

...All...the...way...down...
in the ground.
And you know what?

I love it!

Too funny, girl...that is why I garden with little helpers! They don't have any old joints! :)

Isn't it convenient to have flower gardens to choose from? I hear ya...the knees are hurting here, too. I'm using some vile smelling stuff on them.

Your MIL's flowers are lovely and yours sound beautiful! I love the color combination. I know what you mean about getting down to the ground to work with them:)
