Remember, he is 6'7" tall!
Check out the height on that corn!
It has loved the heat and humidity
we have suffered in this Summer.
When the corn is big
and you stand across the street...
he just doesn't look that tall.
Oh, that was fun!
I recently found out that Jonathan reads here.
I guess he does that when he is taking
a break from his writing.
Yep! That's what he is up to these
days. Jonathan writes, I edit.
We are loving it!
Have a fabulous weekend!

Pretty clever, you two! Was he a willing participant or has he been bribed? ;>
What does Jonathan write? That corn is really tall. Jonathan, at 6'7" height, is tall too! I have a tall nephew, but I think he is only 6'3" tall. I'll have to ask him if he grew anymore because he looked really tall when I saw him yesterday!
My kids' father is 6'6" and I thought that was tall... but your "little" guy beats him!
And I have to chime in with Linda: what is he writing?
I can't wait for the corn. I love it, fresh from the farm. We have a farmers market every Thurs 12 to 5, and I love going to it. It should be starting up soon..... Jonathan does look "average size" next to that corn!
Hi Becky Sweetie...
What a beautiful post today. I love the photo of Johnathan. What did you have to pay him to get him to pose for this picture? Looks very handsome in the photos. I too, want to know what is he writing? Tell him that inquiring minds would like to know.
I love this corn field. The photos are breathtaking. Takes me home for sure. I'll get my corn when I go home in the Fall. Yeah for the holidays. I am going home for Thanksgiving. I haven't been home for 25 years, and my grown kids aren't happy, but they said I had to promise to be back for Christmas. I am only going for 2 weeks.
Hope you are well. I think of you each day and remember you in prayer. Be healthy sweet friend.
Country hugs and much love, Sherry
What an unusual comparison. That is really what you could say was field of big corn. That is nice that you two work together. What does he write?
G'eve Becky ~ Our corn sure doesn't look THAT good down here. You all have been getting far more rain than we ... Great shots of Jonathan ... cute presentation.
Have a lovely PINK summer's weekend ~

PS We are having a giveaway
We have Allison stand next to our corn to see if it's knee-high by the 4th of July. We like to use the shortest person to measure so we are sure to make it. Pretty soon, it's going to be my job again...
Jonathan does look average sized next to that corn-which is really something!
Ha! That is funny. Jonathan is just the way that God made him. He has his purposes for Jonathan to be just the way he is!
Glad he is still writing.
