Note Card Party - September Edition

Vee, at A Haven for Vee, hosts this monthly note card party.
The object is to find four photos each month that we have used
on our blog that would make good note cards.
They do not have to be from the past month.
So, I am going to take advantage of this fact and share
some of my favorite photos from our last visit to Williamsburg, Virginia.
It was in February 2012.
We loved being there when it wasn't hot and crowded.
Perfect.

It was so hard to choose just four.
Thanks for visiting.

These are perfect, Becky, for note cards - I think the last one is my favorite. I love the way the vines are growing up the side of the building...

I've been burning my candles already. Towards the end of August I just couldn't stand it anymore - I was SO ready for autumn, so I had to light up!

Houses make a great selection for note cards. These all have character. Great photos.

Beautiful colonial homes.
You don't get to see these kind of
houses in my neck of the woods!

I love Williamsburg. These are all lovely and would make a great set of Notecards to remind of the visit.

These make me want to visit and in February when it's cold and not so crowded. I actually felt as if it were November looking at these. If I had a favorite, and I'm not committing mind you, it would be the first or the last. You did well to narrow down your selections to just four. I know that you took many photos while there. Thanks for joining in!

OOps! I should have clearly said instead of trusting my memory. The "Open Gate" is my very favorite. It speaks to me on many levels. It could be used as a "welcome " sign. In fact, I can see Cathie Holman painting it. ;>

Oh, it thrilled me to see these! I adore Williamsburg. I had such fun there in the months of April and December. I took photos of about every wreath on display! Wish I could go again and again!
